Brown Rice and Black Beans

Brown Rice and Black Beans Instant Pot
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 medium onion diced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
15 oz can diced tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon chill powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 red pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
2 bay leaf
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 spoon full Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken
15 1/2 ounces canned black beans
Directions:
Place all ingredients in Instant Pot, stir.
Cook for 30 minutes.
When done let steam release naturally for 20 minutes.
