Chili

McCormick Hot Chili
Ingredients:
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
¼ tsp. McCormick Ground Red Pepper
Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onions, sliced jalapeño peppers or sour cream
Directions:
1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired.
